I've been using Monat for 5 months now and the Let it Grow System and S3 supplements for 3. I've had a good amount of growth so far (I've had a couple trims also). My hair feels very smooth, looks shiny and it's not frizzy at all. The hair along my hair line is growing out like crazy. I have less shedding and breakage...before Monat, when I would brush my hair there would be small broken pieces of hair in the sink!
